1 /5 Get Some: Purchased dress shoes online Nunn Bush Kore EZ Icon Mens Cap-Toe Oxford Shoes. 10.5 wide. They are more like 11 regular. Contacted kohls online for a rma and shipping label. They would not provide either. Said I could return to Return Center 9998 All Points Parkway Plainfield, IN 46168 and pay for it myself or return to store which is 30 miles away. Look at the reviews on other sites for kohls they are BAD. I will never do business with kohls again and suggest others to do the same. If you order online and need to return an item you may be stuck with the item or paying to have it shipped back. Money out of your pocket because of their inferior product.

They are so friendly and so nice and empathetic, they dont rush you and theyre very sweet and very knowledgeable. I definitely think that this woman should be recognized for her.Excellent customer service

2 /5 TAD: Low quantity on most household items. COVID was 5 years ago, and this can no longer be the excuse. The same items from 6 months ago are still on clearance. Shoes, home decor, bedding, towels, shower curtains, dishtowels, etc. are rarely in stock. The ones that are have only a few items. The bedding section is basically non-existent. I used to be able to buy matching bedding and decor for a primary bedroom. Now, youre lucky if you can find 2 pillowcases that match. The womens clothing section may be appealing to either a 12 year old or an 84 year old. Kohls used to be one of my favorite places to shop. I am disappointed any time I go and my trips are now fewer and farther between.

5 /5 Arceli Gibson: This is my store to go shop. I always check the clearance racks , every time.I find incredible deals on shoes for my boys. I bought 4 pairs today. Ms Donna , the cashier checked us out at the register, she was so helpful and super friendly . Love your store.❤️
