1 /5 Zee Ali: I ordered scrubs back in June and was charged $150. Shortly after, I received an email from the manager informing me that the scrubs were on back order until August 14th. I understood the delay and decided to wait patiently. However, it’s now August 25th, and I have yet to receive any updates or shipment details regarding my order.
I reached out to the manager via email, requesting to cancel my order since I have not received any further communication or the scrubs themselves. Unfortunately, I have not received a response.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope that this situation is resolved quickly, either through a refund or the immediate shipment of my order.
