5 /5 Jen: Stopped by Low Timers while in New Orleans and I’m so glad I did. It’s such a cool little vintage shop with a really curated, unique vibe — definitely not your average thrift store.
We took a bus from Jackson Square to get there, and I’ll admit the walk from the stop felt a little sketch at first — but once you’re inside, it’s totally worth it. The shop has an awesome selection of vintage pieces that feel intentional and handpicked. It leans a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and uniqueness make up for it.
Honestly, walking back toward the Square ended up being part of the experience — wandering through the side streets, seeing the colorful houses, soaking up the city. It felt like a mini adventure within the trip.
If you’re into vintage and don’t mind exploring a little beyond the main tourist areas, this spot is absolutely worth the visit.
