Low Timers - Shop LA (Near New Orleans)

5 /5 Jen: Stopped by Low Timers while in New Orleans and I’m so glad I did. It’s such a cool little vintage shop with a really curated, unique vibe — definitely not your average thrift store. We took a bus from Jackson Square to get there, and I’ll admit the walk from the stop felt a little sketch at first — but once you’re inside, it’s totally worth it. The shop has an awesome selection of vintage pieces that feel intentional and handpicked. It leans a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and uniqueness make up for it. Honestly, walking back toward the Square ended up being part of the experience — wandering through the side streets, seeing the colorful houses, soaking up the city. It felt like a mini adventure within the trip. If you’re into vintage and don’t mind exploring a little beyond the main tourist areas, this spot is absolutely worth the visit.

5 /5 Reynes Street: Super dope store with a great selection of vintage workwear, denim, t shirts and more! The owner is really cool and knowledgeable about what he sells. They even do in-house clothing repairs and custom chain stitching. I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for interesting shops in New Orleans.

5 /5 Corbin McDavitt: Low Timers is such an amazing vintage spot in New Orleans. It is a fair premium for some vintage items but I personally hate the headache of looking through things for a deal and it’s so so so well curated. As well, Ham and his partner are really responsive and timely for custom stitching work. They always post great stuff on their IG stories so check them out.
