From the amazing customer service to the friendly banter, you will enter a customer and leave feeling like you just made new friends! I cant make this post without giving a shout out to Ms. Dorothea! She is the absolute best and goes above and beyond to assist you with whatever you need. Her honesty and friendliness are the reasons I continue to do business here. If you are on the fence about using or switching to AT&T head to the store in Jena and ask for Ms. Dorothea, I promise you wont be disappointed!

Casey Land The mannequins are the best. Tell someone on staff "I want everything on this mannequin. Sometimes they have to take the clothes right off the mannequins back. The make sure you feel welcome.

Stephanie Gentry Maurices is one of my favorite places to shop. The clothes are stylish and feel current, especially for young adults. They have a great women’s section with lots to choose from. Every time I go, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Deloris Wilson There were many items on sale. Kristie, the sales lady who assisted me, was so helpful. She shared customers services such as Senior Citizen Discount Day on each Tuesday, cardholders coupons for additional discounts, & how customers receive free shipping on items that are on the Belk.com site, but not in the store. If you can not find your size, color, product, etc. in the store, but it is on the website, it will be shipped free to your home. I enjoyed a great shopping experience.
