1 /5 Anthony Shimboff: Horrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted at all but was told an hour before close time that they were closing soon. Worker was sitting when we got there and was sitting when we left. Too many issues to list. Ruined my evening because of their poor attitudes.

1 /5 e: Never really had a problem shopping here but tonight was not a pleasant visit. I understand coming from a person in retail that when you want to get off work, people coming in during the last hour is not ideal most of the time but announcing every single time you pass by people that the store is closing in an HOUR got pretty annoying really fast. I understand announcing it once but as we walked in, the manager or this lady with glasses had informed us that the store did indeed close in an hour. 30 minutes before close they were yelling across the store and the workers had stood to the side to announce to the guests once more what time they had closed. I thought it was a rule of thumb to not really kick out customers when working in retail since you are providing customer service but they did not seem very understanding to customers. It felt like they kept repeating the fact because we were speaking in another language and I felt displeased after they kept repeating it to my grandparents while they have a difficult time walking.

5 /5 Casey Wallace (CW): The service that I received was impeccable. I’m sorry that I didn’t get anyone’s names. I came in to resolve an issue with an online order. The associate and the managers that I spoke with weren’t able to resolve the issue. They were, however, incredibly helpful in directing me to the correct returns process for the issue that I had with my order. To the associate: thank you for being patient. To the manager: thank you for supporting your associate and giving me all of the helpful information.

1 /5 Amie Fontenot: Lake Charles is my go to for shopping. Always find Old Navys shelves bare. What makes the line even slower is people looking up coupons on their phone. Pricing is weird also. This is one store I order online and bring it back to them if it doesnt work to help fill their shelves.
