Old Navy - Shop LA (Near Monroe)

4 /5 Collins: I always like Old Navy they have some decent sales going on at times and its always a clean store and the associates are very nice.

5 /5 Lauren Corley: I went shopping here 2 days ago. This store is 2.5 hours away from where I live. Well I bought a backpack that my daughter had been wanting, and the cashier had forgot to put it in my bag. My daughter was so sad! I called the next day(yesterday) and explained the situation, and the lady on the phone was SO helpful!! She said she would mail it to me and it literally arrived the very next day, which was today. So I’d say wonderful service!

5 /5 Taylor: Love this Old Navy branch! The staff is & has always been so helpful & friendly! Great selection. Great sales normally. This store always has a nice selection of sizes & merchandise to choose from. Fitting rooms are clean and spacious. Check-Out usually moves pretty fast as well. They also will edit prices if it doesnt ring up per what was shown on a sign or where it was put in the store, so be sure to pay attention to that!
