2 /5 Hylaree Deas: Staff has been very unfriendly and too busy to help me. It’s been very difficult to get my store credit as I’ve waited months and have yet to receive any contact back from the store. Will not be shopping here again, the Baton Rouge location is the only way to go!

1 /5 Natalya Baylis: I ordered a dress and upon receipt it was obvious one of the inside ties to hang it had broken and been re-tied. The dress was on sale, however nowhere in the listing did it mention it was compromised or not in "new" condition. The response from the boutique was that was the reason it was "marked down to cost" even though the issue was not listed or mentioned. However, other sizes were marked at the same price at the same time, so did they all have the same issue? Unlikely.
