Sarah Peshoff Didier Monica has done two pieces of work for me. The first was a custom piece to go with my wedding dress. I wanted an off-the-shoulder dress, and the shop keeper next door at Hers Bridal recommended that I go to Monica to get something made to modify the strapless dress I ultimately bought. Monica worked hard to get lace to match the dress exactly and made adjustments via a couple of different visits until it was perfect. She also instructed us on how to use toupee tape (funny enough!) to affix the piece and make it stay up and lay correctly since I didnt want elastic in it. She also took in a bridesmaids dress for me a few months later and did a spectacular job, so that I didnt have to risk my dress not being in in time.
I will also add that Monica is a very personable woman and easy to talk to. She has lots of interesting stories about her former career and is just a sweet person. This helps put you at ease while shes "up in your business" so to speak pinning and etc. as is necessary when making adjustments.
