5 /5 Gary Babin: It was my first time there this past Sunday, and the experience was wonderful. Twice I was greeted by store employees who asked if I needed help. When I told one of them that I was looking around and that it was my first time to shop there, she took the time to tell me some things about the store, and she gave me useful information regarding store policies. The two people at checkout were very friendly, and asked about gift receipts and such. Put my merchandise in two nice bags and provided colorful tissue paper for my gifts. I am looking forward to going back. I take care of a disabled MC vet who is the biggest LSU fan I know. Rally House will now be my "go to" store when shopping for him. As a note to Rally House: Continue to train your employees to be as kind, as helpful, and as courteous as they are now. It is rare to find such these days, and it is a big plus in your favor.
