1 /5 Jayce: I came In today at 4pm to buy a few things when I got off work. After I made my selection I made my way to the register, a blonde tall man did everything he was supposed to do. In my selection I found a clothes hamper and dog bed among my other items but this review is about these two specific items. I found the dog bed in a $5 dog bed basket, there was about 5 beds cleanly set in the basket and this one was at the bottom. After grabbing it I made my way to the clothes hamper and I found one on the shelf clearly in front of a $3 price tag. After going to the register and seeing these items scan wrong I obviously said something about it. The gentlemen’s handled it well and called for his manager. This manager was very rude to me, unlike the cashier. I was not greeted on approach and when I started explaining the situation she simply ignored me and was trying to void the items off I wanted to buy. I found this very rude as I was trying to explain the situation. This blonde women clearly did not want to accept the fact the staff had made a mistake on pricing the items and she was not at all helpful to me, in fact she left me with a very bad taste in my mouth for the entire company. Your customers deserve to be taken care of not ignored and brushed off. 0 Stars.
