Jennifer Oubre Visited on 2/6/26 and had a very uncomfortable experience. Multiple employees saw us looking at Mardi Gras shirts that were out of reach, yet no one offered to help. Instead, several workers simply stared at us while we struggled to access the items.
It honestly made us feel unwelcome, like we didn’t belong in the store. Customer service should be friendly and inclusive, and this experience was the complete opposite. Very disappointing, and not somewhere I’d rush back to after being treated this way.
