Savage Roots Boutique - (Near Bossier City, LA)

1 /5 Pricilla OBrien: My daughter was just in the Bossier store about 45 minutes ago, today, May 23, 2024. The only other customers were a lady and her daughter. While my daughter was there neither of the 2 girls who were working ever acknowledged her or made eye contact when she went in or when she left. They apparently knew the other customers, however. She said she took a shirt down off of a high rack, went into the dressing room, tried it on etc. and was never approached about helping her. I will note that my daughter is an adult, and why she didnt want to leave a review I dont know. I suppose she didnt want to cause anyone any problem. She told me she wouldnt be returning. Employees with a good work ethic are apparently hard to find these days. Its kind of like the scene from Pretty Woman where the sales women wouldnt help Julia Roberts. It cost them a nice sale. Hopefully in the future your employees will be more conscientious in their job.

1 /5 Morgan Griffith: Extremely disappointed with the quality of the romper I bought from Savage Roots. I wore this stunning romper for less than an hour and it started to unravel. I brought the romper back simple wanting to exchange it and was told that they can’t do anything with it. I am a first time shopper and have never dealt with something like this. To spend $70 dollars on something and have it fall apart is crazy. I will advise everyone I know not to shop at this place. Simple because the quality of the products isn’t great and neither is the customer service.

5 /5 Hannah Behrend: My fav boutique in the Shreveport/bossier area! Cierra is the SWEETEST and so personal and always helps whenever she’s needed. It’s on the opposite side of where I live and I still make the drive because its my fav! I definitely recommend this boutique 1000/10!!
