My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Style Encore in Baton Rouge! La Monica and Margarette truly went above and beyond during my visit. They see so many items from sellers come through the store each day, yet they still took the time to be kind, helpful, and welcoming.
They didn’t just ring up our purchases and send us on our way – they made suggestions, complimented outfits, and genuinely talked with us throughout our visit. Their professionalism and positive attitudes really stood out, especially knowing that their jobs aren’t always easy or appreciated as much as they should be.
The store itself was spotless and organized, which made shopping such a pleasant experience. You can tell that these two ladies take great pride in their work, and it shows in everything they do.
