3 /5 Ateira Lightfoot: Our return experience was disappointing, as the cashier’s demeanor felt passive aggressive and a bit condescending. I did not get her name but she kept all of my husband’s tags, including for items not returned, which gave the impression she doubted the legitimacy of the return. This left us feeling uncomfortable, though we usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx and hope this was an isolated experience. This particular interaction did not reflect the level of professionalism and respect we’ve come to expect. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it can be used constructively to improve the customer experience.
