1 /5 Jacob: Extremely poor customer service was experienced today. I had two family members go in to shop for a dress and as they were allowed into the dressing room they were harassed by an employee while changing in the dressing room. They were verbally insulting them as they were changing in the room and as they went out they were confronted for simply asking them to allow them to re change in their clothes before walking out. Very often poor minded store employees will give a customer a unsatisfied experience but not as often do employees make people feel in genuine danger for their well being like what happened tonite. If there is a store owner that can respond to this message so I can give the full story that would be great. I would highly recommend to re think the employees you hire because the experience all 4 of them gave to my family was extremely unprofessional, low class, and quite frankly hilarious that working class citizens can be that low. I would also recommend doing drug testing because there was a sign on intoxication. If you are in this store at the Mall of Louisiana, I highly recommend overlooking it and going elsewhere.
