5 /5 Tori Hergaja: From the moment I walked into boutique I was greeted with so much kindness and respect. All of my questions were answered. And she gave me so many options. I tried on a dress that I really loved, but it didn’t quite fit me and she instantly got on the phone and ordered me the same dress that would come in a week later and she really looked out for me and gave me a great price If you’re looking to get a beautiful dress at a reasonable price, this is the place for you I can’t wait to see my Dress on Wednesday!!

1 /5 Shonell Janbou: If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Lamia was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had during my wedding planning process. I paid for a flower girl dress that was absolutely nothing like what I envisioned. I reached out multiple times—via phone, text, and social media—expressing my concerns and asking for a solution. Not once did she respond to me, the actual paying customer. Instead, she proceeded to make and alter a dress based on what my flower girl’s grandmother liked—completely ignoring the fact that the bride (me) was the one funding the wedding, making the decisions, and desperately trying to communicate that the dress was not approved. Let me be clear: I only get married once. I was trying to work with her kindly and collaboratively to create a meaningful outfit for my flower girl. But Lamiaaq chose to validate the opinions of someone who wasn’t paying her, likely because it fed her ego. The end result? A botched, hideous dress that no one liked, least of all me. She caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful time. If you’re a bride looking for a responsive, professional, and collaborative experience—run far away from this place. Oh and she charged me $650 for a flower girl dress I hated

1 /5 Samantha Fortune: We ordered our bridesmaid dresses in February of 2024. The wedding was August of 2024, and we had bridesmaids who still didn’t have their dresses until the day prior to the wedding even though the dresses arrived almost immediately. 7 months?! When the dresses were finished she called and stated to come pick them up on Monday. We get there and she is closed even though her business hours stated she would be open. The following day we drove out there to pick them up and there were all sorts of issues. She originally told us that the beading (which was provided to her by the bride) would be included in the cost of the dress for the maid of honors and then she tried to double charge for it upon pick up. (An additional $40.00) One of the maid of honors straps were different lengths which made the dress sit odd on her chest. The other one couldn’t even sit in her dress because she altered it too small. Another bridesmaid got home took the dress out of the bag and it was ripped under the arm. Another had large thread things hanging out the bottom that needed to be cut. The dresses were terribly wrinkly when picked up from her and she wanted to charge an extra fee to steam them even though it is typical that if you have a dress altered by someone that it is included with the cost. Day of the wedding we had two straps break for bridesmaids, beads fall off of a maid of honor dress and a zipper break. She has no clear invoicing system, only goes off of scribbles on a spiral bound notepad and then argues with you when she can’t even read her own notes. Typically I do not leave bad reviews, however for $360.00 and a 7 month wait I expected more.

5 /5 Laurie Antonette: From the time I walked in to the time I left the boutique it was a great experience!. Sue is very professional and kind. She does her job well and knows what she is talking about. I got my dress back in a week. When I went to try it on it fit perfect exactly as she said she would fix it. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone. I will be coming there in the future!

1 /5 Diana Lazar: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this boutique. I ordered custom bridesmaid dresses in February for my August wedding, and the entire process was a nightmare. When the dresses finally arrived, they were all horribly wrinkled, and 4 out of the 7 dresses had significant issues. One dress had straps that were noticeably different lengths, another had a hole in it, and others required extensive alterations because the sizing was completely off despite all the girls getting measured at the boutique. The quality of the dresses was shockingly poor and felt cheap, not at all what we were expecting. On the day of my wedding 2 of the girls had dress issues before we even made it out of the house. We had to sew them back together. To make matters worse, after all the alterations, the dresses were still super wrinkly, and the boutique wanted to charge us extra just to have them steamed. Ive never been to a place where you had to pay to have a dress steamed after it was altered—this should be part of the service. The girls had also paid extra for beading when they ordered the dresses, only to be charged again when they picked up their dresses. She does not have a formal invoice service which makes it difficult to keep track of the purchases and claimed we didnt agree to things. Overall, this boutique failed to meet my expectations for quality and service. I would not recommend them to any bride looking for a stress-free experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
