5 /5 jafar abdul: I took my daughters here on Sunday and although there was a line wrapped down to lululemon and the store was extremely packed, I could tell my girls greatly enjoyed themselves. This is all I could ever want as a father. I made small talk with the workers and they said they were extremely short staffed ( 3 workers vs 50 customers one hour in to open) and that it was the busiest day they’ve had all year! My girls and I stayed for over an hour and I could tell the workers were all young girls but they handled the rush the best that they could. The poor reviews make me sad, as my girls and I visited this store when they first opened and the improvement is vast. Every worker was much more kind, diverse in all shapes sizes and ethnicities, and by far more welcoming and helpful compared to our experience last year. The store is also much cleaner and organized than what we had seen before. It is under my impression that new management takes great pride in keeping an orderly store. We will be back! ( Next time I hope on a less busy week day though) Keep up the good work girls!

1 /5 Flower Power Chick: Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Not even a hello when we walked in. Asked a question and they seemed bothered and annoyed. Rude checkout. Bought a gift for a teen otherwise would have left. Quality is average and overpriced. We were told all merchandise was a hybrid Small/medium with exception of a few large that were labeled. (We found none). So apparently merchandise is for very petite people. Do not recommend

3 /5 via: very cute store, but horrible customer service. i walked in with my mom and didn’t even get a greeting or a hello, i picked up my items and said hello when i walked to the checkout but in return got a “hi?” honestly i just felt like a burden for even shopping there. also they don’t take visa??? weird

5 /5 Olivia Jayde: I had such a great experience shopping at Brandy Melville! The store was spotless, well organized, and made it so easy to find what I needed. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight the manager, Taylor. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I left with pieces I truly loved. You can really see the pride she takes in running the store, and it creates such a positive shopping environment. Definitely one of the best Brandy locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back!

5 /5 kemi b: I had a really great experience shopping here! All the staff members were super helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. Natalie, one of their employees, was especially attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. You can really tell that she and the other team members care about the customers and want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
