1 /5 Nikki K: I would like to echo a lot of the other reviews, staff members at this store are RUDE. I had an online return because a few of the tops didnt look right on me. I was going to purchase a few more tops in store, but because of the way the employees at this location treated me, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I ended up buying several things from another store where the employees were kind and welcoming. I highly suggest that upper management takes a look at the culture of this store, "mean girl" tactics are not cute or acceptable at any age.

5 /5 KJ S: First time Ive ever been to Chicos. Ill be honest, I didnt understand their sizing range. Also, Im a tough fit. Long length! The staff was so kind. Bringing all different sizes, combing through the store to find me tall pants in my size. Fantastic experience! Thank you so much

She doesnt want to give out a bag if we shop on Chicos online and she said they ran out of bag where I can see they have stacks of bags,plus the grandma associated yell for me to ask for a gift box online. The manager only wants to give out bags if you shop in their store

1 /5 Jody Costello: One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I called the store to check inventory on a black faux leather blazer. The clerk I spoke to located it in my size and put it on hold for me and confirmed I could come the next day for the jacket. The next day I showed up and told the associates why I was there. They looked for it but couldnt find it. I confirmed that the Somerset location was the store I called by looking at my call log. Then the 2 associates helping me stood there asking me to pull up the jacket on my phone. My phone reception wasnt working. I asked them if they could look at their own inventory or POS system or their own phones? They didnt. They also didnt just help me look for the jacket in the store. It was the strangest experience ever. I will NEVER go back to that store. I was so frustrated I even called corporate to share my experience but after being on hold for 20 minutes I gave up on that too. Dont shop here. Lots of other stores have better customer service.

I have worked in thr finance industry for many years offering the best customer service experience to everyone This store particularly Liala has continuously failed to provide the empathy and patience needed to give to customers . Lessons in diversity and inclusion will be good for starters. Then Liala will need more one on one training in customer service service. She is very rude intentionally which my young granddaughter pointed out. If Chicos wants to keep its longtime customer you will need to clean up the behaviors in this Troy store. In an upscale environment one should expect more of its staff . Teach her to answer simple questions without being rude will help considerably.
