Meghan Murray When I first moved to Ann Arbor I was lost. I had no puffers, down jackets, nor any wool. All hope was lost- I was about to go pack my bags but I decided to walk down s. st. st. instead of my usual route. The green and white facade piqued my interest. As if a magnetic pull was drawing me into the comforting aisles. I left that first encounter with "the ouac" with merely a pair of wool socks to keep my sweet toes warm in the bitter winter months. While that interaction was beautiful, it did not compel me to come to google dot com reviews. I recently came into need of healing wax for my bluntstones. I had admittedly been having a bad day that day, but that soon turned around when the loveliest young man offered his assistance. I was not lucky enough to get this stellar employees name, but he took one look at my blundstores- beaten to shreds and caked in salt- and checked me out for my healing wax and personally warmed up and applied the salve in his own calloused hands of surgical precision and smile that could soothe a babys tears. I could not recommend the employees attentive care more. Thank you biwowak.

Damali Heron We came to pick up our online order. We asked the manager if we could exchange our Uggs for another color. The manager stated they didnt have the color and she couldnt look to see if they had the color at another store. We decided to go to the Gratiot and 7 mile location and the manager there was very helpful and courteous. Unlike the Hoover location. The Gratiot location looked in the system and stated that they had the Uggs at the Hoover location. THE MANAGER LIED!!! The manager at Gratiot and 7 mile location said they also had it at the Belmont location as well. We were able to exchange our Uggs and get the color our son wanted for Christmas.

Laurel Selvaggio Very cute shop. Went in on a recommendation from another mom and teen duo. Traveling in the area and stopped in—both my teenage daughter and I enjoyed the selection. Very friendly staff, nice array of items. Love shopping small and female and minority owned.

Explorer Man On the outside the mall is quite overgrown and not taken care of, trees, weeds, and bushes are growing wild and are a disaster. And once you step inside the mall, youre greeted with a pleasant surprise, the mall is quite nice! And Im talking about the building itself, its well lit, clean, easy to roam around and doesnt have any funny smells. BUT, the mall is missing one thing. Stores! There are hardly any places left inside. My photos on this review show the current state in July 2025. Its bare, walking through it there arent many people either, even on the busiest day of the week which is Saturday. This mall wont survive in its current state, itll be interesting to see how its turned around since the Family Farm & Home store just opened on the property which is not accessible from the mall itself.
