1 /5 Chris Vaughan: We ordered from them on three different occasions and not once did we receive what they mocked up for us. Then they blamed us saying that we asked them to "operate outside of [their] reliable production methods". We selected from the catalogue you sent. We provided the vector you requested. If you cannot print that correctly, its your fault, not mine. And I advise against blaming your customers in the future.

5 /5 Shanna Lorang: Ordering my two archery jerseys from DO Apparel was very easy from start to finish. When we received them, we noticed a small mishap there was no name on the back. I contacted DO Apparel, and Brad and his team immediately got back with me. They went above and beyond to make it right, even doing this on a holiday. They remade and reprinted the jerseys and made sure we had them before Friday. With our first tournament coming up, this truly makes a world of difference for my kids and our family. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and because of this experience, we will be lifetime customers. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their customers. Highly recommend DO Apparel! God bless.

I spoke with Jared and he was beyond accommodating and professional in working with our order, the changes, the rushed timeframe. The jerseys and hats came out better than we could have expected and the experience was 10/10! Cannot recommend DO and if you’re fortunate enough to work with Jared, it will be an even better experience! Thank you!

1 /5 Ang Marie: I am not sure how there are so many good reviews because we have had one problem after another with this company. Last year, we ordered our son’s jerseys in the same size, one fit but the other was 2 sizes too big. Had to hassle with getting him a new one and it didn’t come in time for team pictures. Then our whole team was sent the wrong pants, not only once, but twice!! It took sooo long for them to get the pants to us that we had to settle for the 2nd set of wrong ones because we only had 2 tournaments left. Now this year, the items we ordered were thrown into one big box, without packaging and were so jumbled in the box. The graphics on the shirts were very wrinkled. We have never had any other business ship their products like that. I’m also not impressed by the graphic on the shirts, they don’t seem to be good quality this year and feel “sticky”. We washed my son’s shirt and the graphic stuck to itself, so be careful. Next, we ordered a shirt & shorts combo package and the shorts were missing, so my husband contacted them and they said the shorts were delayed. They ended up sending the shorts to the team rather than straight to us like the rest of the items we ordered. Why wasn’t all that communicated to us prior to having to call them? Lastly, the shorts are also very poor quality. It looks like they came from Temu. After 2 uses, the stitching at the bottom is coming apart. For the prices, I would expect much better quality.

5 /5 jamarr Eaton: I highly recommend Do Apparel….my flag football team wanted New uniforms and we were asking for a sponsor and Do Apparel jumped right in and sponsored a set of uniforms for my girls as they prepare for Worlds at Disney next month! Those guys are very professional and their response time is right on! Quality and designs are on point!
