1 /5 Sue Addison: I brought back a purse my husband gave me as a gift with the tags and receipt.The owner accused me of using it and would not take it back. She basically called me a liar and I will never set foot in the store again! Horrible customer relations. I can see right through her "faux" exterior!

1 /5 Lewis Paras: Very nice things however their return policy is horrible. I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife on December 15. It can only be returned for full credit for 7 days. It was a bit too small so I was able to return it for store credit after Christmas but if I wanted my wife to know how much I spent, I wouldve gotten a gift card. I will never purchase another gift from here again.

5 /5 Nicole Sharp: I absolutely love this store, along with the new owner and the employees. Dusti (the owner) brings her fun taste to the store. She is real and raw and empowering to anyone that gets to know her and her tenacity. Ryan and Kat bring so much to the every day happenings and always make me feel welcome. Every time I go in there are so many new items. It is truly more than your typical boutique, everything is unique and classy. It has hands down become my favorite place to shop! Thank you for making it such a warm and inviting place.

1 /5 Charley Ramsey: My name is Franny. After my lovely experience at the Porto Bello a few days ago, I thought that this store would be just as great. However, I was wrong. As I am walking around this boutique, I witness a lady knock over a fake plant. She immediately apologized, picked it up, and offered to pay for it. HOWEVER, the lady working at the cash register did not acknowledge she was there nor answer. She completely ignored her and gave a rude glance. I, as a customer, was appalled and immediately left the store. Shame on you Down to Earth, this would never of happened in my home country, Old World Italy.

1 /5 Zach Cain: all right everyone let’s take a seat down on this one and let’s talk about my experience here with what i saw… When me and my family entered we were looking around at the items because the stock looked pretty nice and i was going to buy something until we observed a kind women with a bag that happened to knock over a fake cactus in a pot that was sitting on a shelf. When it hit the ground it cracked and the pot broke and the women who broke it admitted to hit right away and apologized multiple times and even wanted to pay for it. The worker didn’t even acknowledge her and that’s when the other woman escorted the kids out and left the one woman to pay for it. After a bit the worker comes out and says she will get a discount and that was a good example for the kids which doesn’t even make sense because the worker set a terrible example for these kids. The worker was even trying to scoop little pieces of the pot into a bag which is useless and who would want that. This was a awful thing to watch and i can’t believe the worker treats people so rude and sets that kind of examples around kids. All in all i was in utter disgust and will not ever be returning here, I decided to not buy the item i had in my hands after seeing this go down.
