Serene Hunt We were referred to this place by a friend, so we thought we would check it out. Just starting the looking/ trying on process so we had no clue what we were looking for. They were so helpful from helping size, to finding some that went with our ideas. They even brought some that weren’t on our radar, and the girls ended up loving! I brought in my two girls and a friend and we left with 4 dresses that fit them perfectly, style and size. All the employees were so amazing to my girls and made the experience so fun and a night we will never forget. I’d say more than a successful trip. Still blown away we found so many choices and had to narrow what we wanted to take home!

Angela Celeste May Oh my goodness! Rose and Sterose International Boutique are fantastic! My husband and I were attending our first traditional Nigerian wedding (Friday August 12) and on Thursday August 11th we needed our outfits ASAP! I Googled the top African clothing stores in the Detroit area and Sterose was one of the places with the highest ratings. What really caught my eye was how consistently customers raved about the owner, Roses wonderful customer service and customer care. We were not disappointed. First I called to make sure that the shop was in fact open, and when I did not get an answer I left a message. I was quite pleasantly surprised when shortly after my call she called me back! I was impressed already. She said she stepped out but would be back and agreed to contact me when she was on her way. When we arrived we immedately felt welcome. We loved the wide variety of styles for women and men in unique prints and quality fabrics at affordable prices, and Rose was attentive and helpful. We will be back! I highly recommend her store.

Pat Thelen Looking on line for shoes, I found the Ghost 17, but they didnt have the color I wanted. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful & offered to order the color I wanted. When they came in Playmakers called me, & I picked the shoes up. As I walked into the store that day, I was greeted with two ladies with smiles on their face and ready to help. I wish they would go back to doing the sales as they did before Covid. I highly recommend Playmakers.
