1 /5 Jamall M: Awful company. Extremely delayed service and very dishonest. If it were not for corporations choosing the cheapest option and using this business, I genuinely question how they would stay operational. The reviews are very telling, and I seriously question the authenticity of the positive ones claiming good service.
When you call about delivery delays, they openly admit they hold individual orders so they can ship company orders together, even though customers pay for Priority Mail. Their priority is saving money through mass shipping, not honoring what customers paid for. Customer service is rude and dismissive once you finally get someone on the phone. There is no accountability and no apology for their behavior.
I fully expect a generic corporate response to this review, just as they have done with others, excusing their actions rather than addressing them. After three weeks, my order still has not been delivered.
