1 /5 Lin Morris: My husband placed an order with this company, and when three weeks passed without receiving it, he called for an update. He was spoken to very rudely by a woman on the phone who told him that it did not matter that he paid for priority mail and that he should have paid for next day shipping instead. This was their explanation even though it had already been well over three days since the order was placed. She also stated that they were waiting to mail all of his company’s orders together, which makes paying for priority or overnight shipping completely pointless under that logic. During the call, my husband repeatedly had to ask her to allow him to respectfully finish his sentences because she continuously interrupted him in a very unprofessional manner. I strongly advise this company to reevaluate their customer service and professionalism. You do not only make money through the companies that hire you. The workers within those companies matter as well. Beware, folks.

1 /5 Jamall M: Awful company. Extremely delayed service and very dishonest. If it were not for corporations choosing the cheapest option and using this business, I genuinely question how they would stay operational. The reviews are very telling, and I seriously question the authenticity of the positive ones claiming good service. When you call about delivery delays, they openly admit they hold individual orders so they can ship company orders together, even though customers pay for Priority Mail. Their priority is saving money through mass shipping, not honoring what customers paid for. Customer service is rude and dismissive once you finally get someone on the phone. There is no accountability and no apology for their behavior. I fully expect a generic corporate response to this review, just as they have done with others, excusing their actions rather than addressing them. After three weeks, my order still has not been delivered.

4 /5 yendor 187: My job use them for a lot of our work uniforms. Will on time when we need them and they have a pet wild turkey which I hope it made it through the polar vortex.

1 /5 Kristie: I ordered a $50 jacket for my daughter for cheer and when I received it the letters was falling off and I sent it back and its been a LONG TIME and eve time I call nonone answers or they say Ill look into it and never call me back and then I call every week for them to keep telling me the same thing .. I have called recently and same thing ..
