Anika There collection is really good and sales women were nice .. Only the older man who works there He was extremely rude.. Infront me he was yelling another girl who also work there and yelled her to give me the Dress which i didn’t like .. He pressure customers into buying things…. They shouldn’t allow older person to work there .. Customer service needs patience..

Danielle Hampton I just went in store to return some items on Friday night that I had bought online a few months ago. I went through my emails (I get a lot) and couldnt find the receipt and told the girl at the register this. She said she cant refund me but can give me store credit, which I said was okay. Another girl then came over and asked the original girl that was helping me and myself when I bought the shirt. I said Im not sure but I know it was a couple months ago. She responded "We had this item in October 2023. We cant give you store credit without proof of purchase." (What is the point of store credit then?)Her response was smart and I ended up going through my emails and finding the receipt. I made the purchase in April 2024. Im not sure why she felt the need to throw that in there but it felt judgmental and accusatory.

Nagham Alsayed I have more than 5 different colors of scrubs from this place and also most of my scarfs are from there too! It’s actually very nice place to buy your stuff from..

Kara Zummer I love this store! My only complaint is that I wish they had a location in Saginaw so I could visit more often. The staff is always sweet and helpful, and I love the selection. I am slowly switching my household cleaners over to refillable, and I really appreciate that they have containers available if you forget to bring your own. It just shows that the community is on board with what theyre doing!

Sann Diego My first purchase was 4/4/20. The response time when I reached out for an appointment was less than 15 minutes... I booked and rescheduled an appointment with no hesitations.. Also everything that is displayed online is also in the store, & looks exactly like the photos EVERYTHING!!! Thanks again...
