Joshs Apparel - Shop MI (Near Westland)

Danielle Hampton I just went in store to return some items on Friday night that I had bought online a few months ago. I went through my emails (I get a lot) and couldnt find the receipt and told the girl at the register this. She said she cant refund me but can give me store credit, which I said was okay. Another girl then came over and asked the original girl that was helping me and myself when I bought the shirt. I said Im not sure but I know it was a couple months ago. She responded "We had this item in October 2023. We cant give you store credit without proof of purchase." (What is the point of store credit then?)Her response was smart and I ended up going through my emails and finding the receipt. I made the purchase in April 2024. Im not sure why she felt the need to throw that in there but it felt judgmental and accusatory.

Linda I Best Evereve store in the area -- fabulous selection of merchandise and staff is welcoming and very helpful! I would like to give a special "shout out" to Amy. Shes been at the store each time I shop there and she clearly works hard to make sure that customers have the best possible shopping experience. She suggests items without being pushy (something I greatly appreciate and is hard to find in retail these days!) and is very genuine when you interact with her. Amy has a clear talent for working with customers to get a "vibe" for what they like and then providing options that make the most sense for them. Robin also helped out this time and she was also welcoming and did a wonderful job with styling and pulling together outfits that fit my personal style! Highly recommend this store and I look forward to going back!

Zeina Elachkar I absolutely love this hijab store. It is always so clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes shopping there such a great experience. I get all of my hijabs from here and I am always impressed by the quality and variety. Zainab is especially amazing, she is always so kind, patient, and helpful, and she genuinely makes the experience even better every time I come in. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful hijabs and excellent customer service.

Charlene Williams What an absolutely wonderful boutique! Stopped in after a work event, I’m not usually in this area. Was really blown away at the wonderful selection of clothing and also the excellent customer service. I only had a few minutes to spare and both of the ladies working were so helpful in finding me several pairs of jeans to find try on. They were exceedingly knowledgeable in helping me try and find things that hid my problem areas. Definitely will be back and would make a special trip to the area just to pop into this boutique! Two thumbs up!
