5 /5 Stylesby Xiomara: I stopped into Sephora on my lunch break, and I just had to leave a HUGE shout-out to the entire team at the Westland Mall location. From the moment I walked in, every employee was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond without a second thought. They helped me find exactly what I needed, answered every single one of my questions with patience and expertise, and made me feel valued the entire time. Their energy was warm, their customer service was exceptional, and they made my quick visit feel like a luxury experience. Thank you to the whole Sephora Westland Mall staff for making my day and delivering such amazing service. I appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you from Coco

1 /5 Corey Boland: Someone get that poor woman who works Amazon some backup. She’s running like a machine nonstop and that line is worse than the dmv. Totally not fair to her. Went to leave another 1 star but found I already did. Someone tell me how this shoe isn’t $69.99? It’s $89.99. Why? Because the small number on the tag stapled to the shoe isn’t the same as the printed tag number that goes on the box. Identical shoe. Identical product but somehow it’s not?

1 /5 CC: The service in this store is little to ZERO!!!! I waited on the phone 20 min. The hang up at customer service desk. Unacceptable. Thanks Sean (manager) for your assistance . But customer service needs to be disciplined first hanging up on customers.

1 /5 Maisoun Fawaz: I recently had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Kohl’s location while trying to purchase a Ninja Creami. The product was tied down with security sensors, which is understandable, but there was no clear signage or assistance nearby. I had to track down an associate who didn’t know how to handle the situation and told me a manager would need to see me in person before I could purchase it which made no sense and made me feel like I was being treated with suspicion from the start. After waiting around for about 30 minutes, the Ninja Creami was finally brought to the register. However, things got even more uncomfortable. Two managers and two employees suddenly appeared at the same register, making it four people involved in a basic checkout. The atmosphere felt tense, like I was being monitored for potential theft. One manager even said loudly, “I’m not going to take off the alarm until her payment goes through.” I found this extremely unprofessional and humiliating. To make matters worse, I attempted to use my Kohl’s Cash something I’ve done many times as a loyal customer and was initially told only three could be used. I knew this wasn’t accurate and questioned it. The manager responded rudely, saying, “I’m the manager of this store,” in a dismissive tone. After showing all my Kohl’s Cash, it turned out the system did accept all of them, just as I had expected. This entire experience from being treated with suspicion to the poor customer service left a very negative impression. I’ve shopped at Kohl’s for years and never felt this unwelcome. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

1 /5 M T: The woman at the Amazons return counter was too chatty with other employees and acted like I didnt know what line I was supposed to be in but of course I did. Signs are clearly visible and I had been there before.. Kohls needs to hire more professional people with better customer service skills.
