1 /5 Susan Gibson: I purchased a skirt and had a 40% off coupon. I waited in line for a very long time and used the self checkout. No one available to help with the coupon. Filled out a survey a few days later, got a response from the store director, asking me to contact her so that she could rectify the problem. I responded, and nothing from her. I then emailed the corporate office and have yet to receive a reply from them. I will not be shopping there any longer and suggest that if they are going to try to appear that they care about customer service that they follow through.
