yejin moon Beautiful dresses for prom! A lot of reviews addresses sizing issues and service. However the owner runs the whole store by himself from 10-8 every day of the week with no days off. He is extremely hardworking and willing to help when intended to buy a dress. Also ordering a large range of sizes impacts a small business, as they don’t sell as well. Another issue in the reviews is the age limit. The owner does not allow ages below 17 to try on dresses without a parent due to several incidents. The dresses are expensive and minors are supported by a guardian. Many kids come in to try on dresses just to break or make a mess in the fitting rooms. Beautiful dresses with a wide range of styles! Sarah Brown Today, May 25, 2024 I came in to make an exchange from a purchase I made earlier (wrong size). At 7:35 pm an African American lady began yelling the store was closing in 5 minutes. According to your hours the store closes at 8:00 pm. At 7:40 pm she locked the doors in the front while people were in the store and proceeded to check people out. So, each person had to wait at the door for her to check someone out to unlock the door and let them out. I am pretty sure that is a fire hazard and not safe for employees to be locked in the store with customers. I wont be returning! The customer service is absolutely horrible.

Jonathan Staffan Was in town for the water and wastewater Joint Expo in Lansing. Saw there was a bunch of cool shops to checkout across the street from my hotel. This place has a great vibe! Store owner was super friendly and complimentary. Ended up picking up a classic black Cincinnati Reds Jersey. Great selection and pricing!
