Elizabeth Shaifer Great sales on high-quality winter clothes. Still a good selection in pants, jackets, sweaters, etc, on the sale racks. The sales ladies at Novi Mall 12 Oaks are friendly. The sales lady helped me to get my online discounts for several in store items. I love shopping at Chico, especially the deep discounts on quality made clothes!

Megan Roth I really like the clothing at Maurices! It’s cute and trendy and reasonably priced. I do find that the staff could be a bit more helpful, they don’t really greet customers and definitely don’t help while shopping. I’m pretty easy though and don’t usually need much help, and if I do, am not afraid to find someone to ask.

Candace Suriano Went to the GAP - they have an amazing collection of linen blends! I found a great dress, unfortunately the one I liked for someone I love, was the wrong size. Jared found it online! THANKS JARED! Later, Armando helped find a suitable pair of trousers. He showed me that the legs were cut large enough for an athlete! THANKS Armando! I returned a too big gorgeous orange sweater. Dayjah, the cashier, told me to just size down. Dayjah is so amazing! I bought a new smaller orange sweater, and a cute top from the clearance section. THANKS Dayjah!

Shawn Cummins This is a cool place. I had never been here so this was two of our first times. Impressive decor. Super clean. Three levels of stores and people galore. Saturday after Christmas was rocking. The decor was superb again. Stores all neat and clean. Nice selection of stores. Third level food court. The skywalk to the other portion of the mall was fun and the second portion had stores that we enjoyed as well. Well worth the trip and bring your walking shoes !
