5 /5 Sukhbir: As soon as I walked into the store, I was treated like a regular Customer. The atmosphere is very family orientated This will definitely be my go to for suits jackets, In the future now Highly recommended if you want to pay a little bit extra to look nice. Totally worth it

1 /5 Sara Merrills: Needed a tie for my husband and an upcoming wedding. The woman working was helpful at first to point out ties and suggest options to match my dress. After my husband inquired about a thinner 2” tie vs a 3” that they offered, she began to put away the ties and said, “No we don’t offer that style. If you don’t invest in formal wear or get dressed up often, than this probably isn’t the option for you. You’d do better with going to Joss A. Banks, we’re a bit more upscale here and I’m sure you can find what you’re looking for there.” - Never did we share that we don’t get dressed up often, or that we couldn’t/wouldn’t invest. We’re actually from the Chicago area and the prices in Rochester are nearly half of what a generally pay. I wasn’t aware that modern slimmer ties were somehow less expensive or valuable. We will never be going here again. I was incredibly offended by her behavior and language.

5 /5 Jeff Haddad: I can say enough about Mike and his team (Lauren and Daniel). They have been putting me into amazing "outfits" for over 20 years. Every blazer or suit or even dress shirt and pants, I get compliments about them when I wear them. Their guidance and sense of style is nothing short of elite. They recently accomplished the "impossible" and tailored a suit for me in less than 24 hours...and what a suit it is! I cant recommend LeConte enough. They are my "go to" when I want to look my best and feel the confidence in my look.

5 /5 Joseph Zacharek: I needed a dressy business casual outfit for an event on a very short deadline. Lauren was absolutely fantastic and guided me through the process of choosing fabrics, coordinating colors, and gave me great advice on how the sport coat and trousers should be tailored. At checkout she gave me a pickup date that was after the event (entirely my fault) and I asked if they could be done much sooner. She went above and beyond, calling their tailor to ask him to stay late and finish them that evening. Exceptional customer service and very fair pricing. I will definitely be returning in the future for any formalwear needs.
