5 /5 Amanda: Had a great experience here over the weekend. Found a bunch of lovely blouses I can wear to work and the staff was friendly and non-overbearing. They had some great suggestions to help me save money at checkout and were sure to point out the good deals. Will come back here again.

1 /5 Makenzie Wilson: If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Went in and asked a question about exchanging a pair of pants and explained I would do it online if they werent available in stores. After finding out that they werent in the store the older woman with short hair (Genie) white hair got an attitude and had a loud outburst after I asked another question. By far the worst customer service I have experienced.

1 /5 Elizabeth Hoekzema: Had just gotten a Mani/pedi at the nail salon in Breton Village and decides to head to loft to see what they had and their back door is locked. I saw people in the store so I knew they werent closed. An employee motioned to me to go around to the front door. There was no sign on the door to the store or at the back entrance of the mail stating this. So to shop there I would have to walk outside and either walk all the way around the building or get in my car and park in the front. And then she and the customer she was ringing up seemed to laugh at the circumstances. So yeah, you just lost a customer.

2 /5 Shelby Corliss: The staff could be much more attentive when assisting shoppers in the dressing room, asking them if they need anything, offering to get them a dressing room instead of the shopper just walking in on their own. The lack of care by employees at this location is off putting. I prefer shopping online because of this. The Grandville store is much better in selection and customer service.
