5 /5 Liyah Marshall: I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.

I heard great things about Madewell and had stopped in before to browse their bags and shoes, and was always impressed by their in-store selection. Each time I’d stopped in before, the associates were friendly and attentive. But most recently, Shayna went truly above and beyond. She listened to my concerns with other brands and helped me find the perfect fit and style. I was really impressed with her customer service and can’t wait to wear my new jeans! Even better, I shopped during their 30% off sale and got a great deal.

I went into this made Madewell location to get some help with jeans & truly had the best experience today. Two different employees helped me & both were so kind, understanding, & patient with me. I left with two pairs of jeans & couldn’t be happier.
