Liyah Marshall I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.
