5 /5 Reagan O’Grady: Went in today looking at the Peter Millar section, I was greeted when I walked in the men’s clothing area and while I was looking at the clothes Robert came up to me and assisted me, there wasn’t anything in my size and Robert went above and beyond to help me find things I could compare. I ended up purchasing 2 things that will be shipped to my house. I hope Robert receives this review and he made me feel welcome and insured about my online order, I will be back!

5 /5 Murphy Harrington: Jamie from the makeup department, I dont remember which brand she typically works at, was amazing!! She took time with me to pick out the perfect items for my wedding look. I never wear makeup, but she made me feel confident that I could achieve the same look. Today I tried the products out for myself and it was so much fun! Thank you, Jamie, for turning something I typically dread into something exciting!

5 /5 FATIMA AWADA: I had a wonderful experience last Sunday at the Nordstrom store in Novi thanks to Diane. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in finding the right shoe (the On Cloud). She brought me every pair I wanted to try on without hesitation and made the whole process so easy. What stood out the most was her positive attitude—she greeted everyone who passed by with a genuine smile and made me feel very welcome.

1 /5 Genel Fowler: A couple weeks ago I order shoes for my brother from Nordstrom’s . I ordered on March 19 and received the shoes on March 22. I was so excited to surprise my brother with the shoes, however my excitement evaporated quickly. When the shoes arrived, the shoe box was severely damaged beyond normal “Wear and Tear” and it had a rubber band around it. I was more disappointed when I opened the box and saw the product I received. The shoes that I purchased at full price and with expectation of being brand new were not. The shoes already have creases in them across the top of the shoe and visible scuff markers. I did the sensible thing and returned the shoes in person. I spoke to a salesman about my issues with my order and he assured me that I’d receive brand new shoes like I ordered. Imagine my shock, surprise and disdain when I received my second order and it was the exact same pair of shoes I returned 5 days ago. Not sure which part was unclear when I returned it the first time, but now in addition to this review I’ll be spending time contacting the store manager and Nordstrom’s customers service department.

1 /5 Butch Brewer: No one works in the mens shoe department. I went back twice today between 1:55pm and 2:05pm and it was completely empty, and I need to buy an assortment of good shoes. Glad those the sales people can keep up their conversations in other various parts of the store, you guys must be swimming in money to be so indifferent. Or perhaps those sales people are in-between customers and have to group up due to the company being too cheap to hire at least one person to watch over the mens shoe department. Either way; enjoy paring down even faster. Please, by all means, have zero hindsight its what I expect at this point.
