Old Navy Outlet - (Near Lansing, MI)

5 /5 Jeff Toy: My daughter had reserved two sets of masks. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived. As promised the masks were in back. I was quickly checked out and on my way! Great experience!

3 /5 Emlei Ha: The single person bathroom is haphazardous. The only source of ventilation is covered in a thick layer of dust, which goes against OSHA standards and is linked to health risks. I suggest cleaning the vent as soon as possible. The toilet paper is a considerable length away that forces one to bend over (which restricts breathinh) and potentially lift off the seat. This would pose as difficult for handicapped individuals. I suggest moving it closer to the toilet. As for the hand dryer, the cold air exerted gave my poorly circulated hands frost-bite. I suggest either amping up the heat or providing an alternative drying option.

1 /5 Erin B: Last month an employee left a security tag on my clothes and I couldnt wear the shirt for almost a month. Im not near this location and its hard for me to get here to have it removed. Completely an inconvenience, and had to make the trek in my day off. The manager was nice and offered me an 2 coupons that were usable if I spent more money there. I politely declined since Im got going to spend more money after I spent a half a tank of gas just to get to the store! Also, not thrilled to stand in line for 27 mins just to have the security tag taken off. They need more employees if the line is wrapped around twice the check out area. Do better!
