Brando I have brought several items in to them for tailoring. A beanie cap, a sweatshirt, shorts, and a dress shirt. I have never been disappointed by the service. When I brought in several linen shorts to be tailored, he told me one of the pair looked great and didnt need to be tailored. He didnt talk me out of it, but he was honest with his review of the item and the fit. Thats integrity, this man is good people. Bring your stuff to him to be tailored, and give him your business if you are looking for items. He sells everything from suits to jeans, and this is the business owner I like to support.

Kristen Steele National Dry Goods helped me out in a major pinch, able to supply a really random and specific request - a red 4XL polo shirt - on same-day short-notice. And, because I wasnt able to stop by the shop in person since Im in Cleveland, Ohio, they set aside the polo shirt for someone else to pick up on my behalf, and they did it all over the phone with a smile - which, even though I couldnt see them, was completely evident as I was talking to them.
