1 /5 A Hawkins: This location definitely profiles shoppers!!! As soon as you walk through the door you are not welcomed. Store associates rather follow you & stare rather than ask if you need assistance. I will not return & will tell others also.

1 /5 Jackie King: Went into the store in Genesee Valley mall to return some items ordered from the online store. Atmosphere in the store was not welcoming. Stood in line for about 10 minutes when the young lady at the register asked me if I had a return (I was holding the white bag that the items were shipped in). While still ringing up the customer in front of me, she told me I needed to fill out a form which only asked for my name, address, email, & phone. I completed the form then stepped back into line. Waited another 5 minutes or so when she abruptly announces that the system for processing returns was down. I call total BS since she had not even attempted to process the return. There are too many other options for me to accept shoddy customer service. I decided to just keep the items but will not be shopping at Rainbow instore or online.

1 /5 Lakisha Horton: Management is very rude and unprofessional. I had to return some items bought In-store and online the manager acted as if she didn’t see the items on my receipt then tells me the system is down for returning online orders! I paid with my debit card for the in-store purchase not sure why I was refunded in store credit! I’ve always liked Rainbow but the customer service at genesee valley is terrible and it’s mainly management, most people I know won’t even shop at that location due to the rude unprofessional behavior. To be in management you should be leading by example, they also rush you to finish shopping around 7:15 pm and they don’t even close until 8pm I will not be returning

1 /5 Queen B: I visited this Genesee Valley location Sunday afternoon, I will never visit again. The staff do not greet you upon arrival, or help you if needed. In other words I encountered frowns and short words (poor customer service). I will be calling the corporate office, to share my experience as well. There are other stores, that are similar to this location, but extremely better. For example Rue 21.

1 /5 Ana Janetti: They are rude. Unhelpful. Just stare at you to see if you stealing. The Caucasian lady with glasses is rude. Short African American manager is rude, unprofessional, nasty, jealous. Only go here if the other store don’t have what you want. The Rainbow on Clio Rd. is friendlier.
