4 /5 Toni Hernandez: Found what I was looking for and a little more but was very upset that out of the 13 items I purchased there was an EXTRA item on my bill that I actually caught before cashing out. I tend to watch as everything is being scanned. Cashier scans something small in her hand and it shows on screen " BLK wallet" I literally had her go through my whole bag and count everything and verified that I did Not Purchase a BLK WALLET. I then had her void out that receipt and redo the transaction and by some odd chance NO BLK WALLET scanned on my Bill this time. Very upset because now the line is backed up, she is upset, my 3 grands are all fussy and she somehow tried to pull a fast one. Watch your RECEIPTs ladies. I was not leaving , as she suggested and " just come back later if you find the BLK wallet in your bag" !!!! No way. Pay attention, this has happened twice now at Rosss so seems like a little scam someone is trying to get by people. Not this OLD LADY!!!!
