Adrianna Bolt I love this Platos location! Dont let those 1-star reviews fool you into ruling out this place, as many of them seem to be from people who dont understand how thrifting works lol. They have such good discounts and showcasing of their merchandise on insta!!! I always make it a point to drop in whenever Im in town, and 9/10 theyre going to have a great sale going on while Im there. Their staff is also so friendly, and genuinely want to help you find what youre looking for. If youre ever in the area, make sure to check them out!!!!

Danielle Swain I’m really disappointed with my experience. The store’s website states they close at 9:00 PM, and the hours posted on the door also say 9:00 PM. I arrived at 8:45 PM 15 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. There were employees inside, but they ignored me and did not acknowledge that the store was supposed to still be open. If the store plans to close early, there should be a sign posted or the hours should be updated online. Closing 15 minutes early without notice is unprofessional and inconvenient for customers who make the effort to arrive before the posted closing time. I understand wanting to leave on time, but the store was clearly still within its posted business hours. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t continue to happen.
