Amanda V Had the best experience in a Maurices store. The employees at this store are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a return and also bought a few items and they helped me use my coupons and rewards for the greatest savings. The store is very organized, clean, and the displays are beautiful. They are constantly sanitizing, especially fitting rooms after they are used. Checkout was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this Maurices store in the Chautauqua Mall!

chante Post I love this store. I bought something online that I needed to exchange and they were able to do it no problem it was very easy transaction. I also bought a bunch of clothes for my daughter who is going on spring break and needed shorts and crop tops and tanks. The manager Marissa is super friendly and helpful and picked out things that were stylish and on trend for my daughters age. Thank you so much I will definitely come back for me for my kids and I will recommend it to others.

Preston Leigh The employee Nadia was especially helpful to me as I was shopping for a mens suit. As I was paying for the suit and tie Nadia took the time to treat me as a valued Macys customer by explaining to me the Stars and Loyalty programs so that I could save money on my future purchases and thereby demonstrating that Macys values each customer and is willing to work hard to earn each customers repeat business. With care she put my suit in a garment bag and made sure to tie the bottom of the garment bag so that my suit did not slip off the hanger and fall onto the parking lot. Nadia was very professional and friendly.
