Avery Maltman By Land and Sea is my favorite place for all types of goodies in Nyack. Whenever I need a gift for someone I love, it’s the first place I stop (and usually the only place I need to go lol). The staff and owner, Lindsay, are so friendly and personable. I recently got married and wanted to incorporate some “Nyack things” into our wedding weekend. I collaborated with Lindsay to create smaller versions of her signature candle to include in our wedding “welcome bags.” We received ENDLESS compliments about the candles and the whole collab process was seamless. She even included 2 free candles for my husband and I to enjoy. I can’t rave about this place enough!

Virginia Steinberg A delightful collection of locally made goods, perfect for giving to others or as a treat for yourself. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet next to the Doubleday parking area. Shop owner is also very friendly.

Leslie Dann A Beautiful Mess is a Beautiful Shop! Grab a friend, grab some lunch in downtown Plattsburgh, and enjoy a lovely time browsing an incredible selection of fun and unique items. My hands are a chapped, dry, mess from all the washing & sanitizing, so I treated myself to some Beekman 1802 Goat Milk Hand Cream. Its wonderful!
