4 /5 Eliza Meu: The customer service was phenomenal!! The thing I noticed is that the staff is dressing more casual now. Twenty years ago when I started going to AnnTaylor the staff dressed up and made one feel like a store on Rodeo Drive. Staff was not allowed to wear jeans, casual T-shirts or flip-flops It doesn’t give the same vibe as before. You don’t have to own Ann Taylor clothing to look professional. You can go to Savers and still look professional. The idea is to preserve the image.
