1 /5 Trinity Rose: I was gifted boots for Christmas, and the receipt was both printed and digital, as well as having an account connected to the purchase. The paper receipt was lost, and the email was lost as well. So I exchanged them for a different size, and then tried to return them with the exchange receipt, and they refused to give me a refund, even though the boots were both bought and exchanged there. And while this was going on we were trying to get the exchange done with, had lots of attitude and refused to do any refund. While the other employees stood by the cash register talking about lingerie and crop tops, as well as making jokes about my mom’s weight and size. One of the main jokes being “Maybe mens boots would fit your size better, maybe they’d fit you better. And the assistant manger tried to express to the woman that the machine had been acting up and losing receipts and she ignored him, even as he tried to help. Genuinely this specific stores employees except for the one assistant manager are rude and un kind, I would recommend going to Vestal instead. I have never been so uncomfortable and upset with people in an establishment.
