BOSS Outlet - Riverhead - (Near Riverhead, NY)

1 /5 Leah Sarasohn: I have shopped in this store for several years and like all Boss stores it was well manicured and the sales people helpful and busy keeping the store in order. On June 12, 2024 I went into the store expecting the same quality only to find a store that looked untidy and disgusting. Pants on the floor, tables with merchandise scattered all over and unhelpful sales people who were more interested speaking with each other in a language other than English than helping customers and keeping the store in order. When asked for help locating an item, a scowl and no response. They just stood around doing "nothing" I should have taken pictures! You would never believe that this was a Boss store! I was astonished! Once my favorite store in Riverhead, I will never return to this store and will go to the better maintained stores in Deer Park and Crossings in Pa.

5 /5 Lisa Cangro: An amazing group of people work at this location. We went in looking for a specific tuxedo for my sons wedding. They did not have it and it showed out of stock. They didnt give up. They searched everywhere and are having it shipped to their store. Alejandro, Nick, and Anthony were unbelievably helpful and kind. We look forward to seeing them again. I highly recommend this store.

5 /5 bund lover: I have been shopping at this Hugo Boss store for several years. I have dealt with everyone there and found them to be very pleasant to deal with. Last two times I was helped by a British gentleman, whose name I cannot recall. He was very professional and helped me pick out 2 suits, shirts and ties. He had a good eye of what would look good on me. I needed just to get the pants hemmed. I was very happy with the service I received from him despite the store being busy. One disadvantage of shopping at the outlets is you do not get what you want, but the bargain is worth it. In my case, the suit I was interested in was not available in my size. But spending less than $300 for a Hugo Boss suit is a steal.

1 /5 Margot Mcginniss: Horrible experience with the Assistant Store Manager, Ali. Verbally abusive, absolutely worst experience I have ever had. Sorry excuse for a man cursing out a customer. I had to get Mall Security to help with this horrible person. Mr. Ali has also given his own review on this page as if he is a customer. Same for other employees posting great reviews as if they are customers. Trying to return a damaged product,with receipt, only to be verbally assaulted. The Worst!
