Bronx Native - Shop NY (Near Bronx)

Zak N My friend shared a story post showing a pair of sneakers for sale in my size and I immediately sent a DM asking to purchase the shoes. I sent the money through zelle and was told the shoes would be reserved for me whenever I was able to come and get them. I go over there the next day and I was told the shoes werent there and that someone else came and got them already. I couldnt believe what I was hearing because I thought the whole point of me prepaying for the shoes was so they would hold them for me. But instead I was told that someone else running the instagram page also sold it to someone else and that customer already came and got the shoes. This is literally like an episode of Seinfeld "you know how to take the reservation, you just dont know how to hold the reservation, and thats really the most important part." So in short, I wasted an hour and a half driving for no shoes. Awesome. And to add to my terrible experience, I slipped in the parking lot(not 350s fault) and got my clothes all dirty.

Rowan Moore First time Ive been in this shop as a Cooperstown native and wow was I pleasantly surprised! My daughter AND my son loved this place! Dont be fooled by its "girly" appearance, this place has stuff for EVERYONE! Cashier was very friendly, atmosphere was welcoming, and front display was very inviting! We needed a store like this!

TROLLISGONE Beauty Fashion is an amazing shop run by a handsome guy named Afran and his father. I love seeing the father son dynamic they have as they help desi people find their fit that matches the occasion. I recommend coming here for all your desi needs but make sure to come early because supplies fly off the shelves

David Stephens They are rude and very unprofessional.I asked if they were able to call when they arrived but got cursed out and yelled at instead of just a no.I have also been hung up multiple times before I can even tell them my address or ask how much the ride will be.If you live in the Sullivan area go with Surway taxi company. Tecia Poulas I have lived in Ulster County for over 30 years and Theresa and Company is one of my favorite shops in the entire area. The store not only is one of the prettiest around but the owner is delightful. My favorite things have come from her shop and I always get compliments on them. The baby gifts are the cutest ever. The last photo is me in an Italian silk number, on sale, that I never thought I could pull off without her help and encouragement. Theresa has an incredible eye and gets great joy from helping other people look and in turn feel their best. She has been uptown Kingston over 35 years and there is a reason her business is thriving. I dont want to target anyone personally but I was in the store recently when a woman had a 3 year old that was running around the store like a maniac, throwing everything and even trying to enter the display windows, which are sectioned off. The owner politely asked the mother to control her child, who responded with hostility: "He can do anything he likes." Theresa then politely asked them to leave the store to prevent her merchandise from being damaged; anyone would have done the same. Perhaps this was the reviewers version of rude behavior? If not, why bring down someones average *** with no explanation?
