3 /5 Maria Oishee: Worst experience. The overall collection was quite limited,except some home decor items, room spray,kinda liked them. But,many items were open and not properly sealed. I hope they improve the quality and bring in more items in the future.

1 /5 Hairo Espinal: From the looks of all the reviews what I experienced has been common for a long time and it is and will continue to be a horrible place to go to. I witnessed and experienced an extremely disturbing situation at this Burlington location. An elderly Hispanic woman was simply trying to clarify her change. Due to a small language barrier, the cashier misunderstood and immediately began yelling at her, repeatedly screaming that she was “not getting five dollars,” even though the woman was not asking for that. My girlfriend stepped in calmly to defend the elderly woman and explain the misunderstanding. The cashier then turned her aggression toward my girlfriend, and multiple other cashiers joined in, escalating the situation into a group verbal attack. When I stepped in to stop the yelling and paid for our items, the situation should have ended. Instead, the original cashier continued making comments and clearly stated she would go outside and hurt my girlfriend. At that point, all the cashiers began arguing with me as well. This created a hostile and unsafe environment. No employee should threaten physical harm to a customer. I am seriously questioning whether Burlington considers this acceptable behavior. This location needs immediate corporate attention.

2 /5 HYG LEAN: LOOSE SENSOR POPPED MY STROLLER TIRE Went to the new Burlington in Colonie by Target recently. The store layout is definitely better than when it was located in Crossgates Mall, however, the cleanup is still not great. Some things were stocked to the gills and some things were bare. Most importantly, there were items all over the floor in several aisles and I saw several employees walking around, so it’s not a lack of staff. There is no management of the loose tags/items/etc. Because of this, as my child and I strolled through the store looking for some items, I noticed my stroller was suddenly lopsided and squeaking, I looked down to see a sensor had popped my tire! Absolutely flat! (An expensive problem to fix due to negligence of the store presentation). When I brought this up to the Shift Manager at checkout, she seemed attentive and offered me a small discount on my purchases but otherwise had an approach of, “That sucks, there’s nothing we can do.” She didn’t chat with anyone else about the situation and seemed to want to just take the sensor and smooth over the situation. Luckily it was just a tire but what if my child had stepped on it or picked it up off the floor? This could’ve been so dangerous! I definitely left frustrated and like the problem was not solved. (Appreciate the discount but it amounted to maybe 15% of the cost to fix the tire on a stroller I use daily and have since not been able to use for a week while I wait for replacement parts… a HUGE inconvenience). Needless to say, I think I’ll choose another store in the future until they can clean up the store a bit and be more attentive of sharply things around the store.

1 /5 suzan gouda: Worst experience ever .. I was there today @3pm , the cashier was busy with her cell phone, I walked assuming it is my turn but it seems she did not want to work. I asked her if there is a battery to try a clock I was interested in, she says No but I didn’t hear her so I asked her again ( I have hearing problem ) instead of answering me again , she starts shouting at my face and screaming although I told her sorry I didn’t hear you first time, please calm down but she continued shouting and she told her colleague that she doesn’t want to deal with me , her supervisor noticed her anger tantrum , I told her what happened, she was neutral and didn’t even apologize..

2 /5 Petra Holden: Its hard to describe how far this place has fallen. It looks like a hoarders basement and not a department store. There are genuine trip hazards everywhere; you literally can barely stroll a cart through the aisles because everything is strewn about. One of the employees was wandering around muttering loudly that he had to do everything himself. Im not sure if that was extreme frustration or mental illness, but it was not a comfortable experience to witness. I would strongly recommend you avoid the store, unless you are the kind of person to trip and fall at a location and then sue them - plenty of opportunities for that.
