Hudson Valley Reviewer This is absolutely a 5-star Marshalls, no question about it. The store is clean, organized, and always stocked with great finds. The staff is friendly, the checkout line moves quickly, and it’s overall a really solid shopping experience. Kingston definitely does a great job and deserves the full 5 stars all day.
That said, I’ll always have a special place in my heart for the Poughkeepsie location. The Poughkeepsie Plaza Mall has such a better layout and energy for me personally, and I’ve been going there since I was a child. It’s the store I grew up shopping at, so it will always feel like my first stop and my number-one Marshalls. There’s just something about that location that hits different because of all the years of memories.
Still, even with my personal loyalty to Poughkeepsie, the Kingston Marshalls stands on its own as a great store. They keep it clean, the aisles are easy to shop, and they have a strong selection every time I visit. If someone is in the area, this location is definitely worth checking out. A great store with great service, and absolutely deserving of 5 stars.
