5 /5 Monica Jumper: I love this store! I had to exchange a ring I bought, and they were so helpful and friendly. They made sure I was happy with the replacement. Really took their time with me. It was very much appreciated. They have a new selection of tote bags, so we got one to help us carry all of our mall shopping for the day. We ended up coming back at the end of our trip and bought a few more things! There was a 30% storewide sale today, so the prices were excellent. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Ranada Echols: I absolutely looooved this store and hate they dont have one remotely close to where I currently reside. Only went to brouse and spent right at 200$. Would have spent more if it werent for the fact that I were riding Amtrak and was already loaded down. One bag I bought just 2-3 days ago I have received about a dozen or more compliments. Their bags are every unique and are different on each side and each bag of its similar design. The store manager was awesome as well.

5 /5 Breanna Wilson: I love earthbound, anytime we are in syracuse I always stop. I love their insence! Staff is always so friendly. Also their clearance is always worth a look. My favorite tapestry was like only 17$.

After I lost my engagement ring, I was feeling quite upset, but when I called the store, Leslie went above and beyond to help. She quickly found my ring and assured me she would send it back. Not only was she incredibly kind and understanding, but her promptness in mailing the ring back to me was truly impressive. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service, and I am so grateful for Leslies support during a stressful time. Thank you, Leslie, for your thoughtfulness and for making my day!
