1 /5 Susan Traub: Bought some neat items here but left a personal book in the store that despite multiple phone calls, they can’t seem to mail to my home. Offered postage reimbursement but nothing comes. Not friendly customer service.
Carla M Freaking love this little gem of a place. Sarah packs this store with gorgeously curated pieces from old navy to Prada and Gucci. There is something for literally everyone and it’s such a happy welcoming environment. Oh- the window art is pretty fantastic too! ;)
Melanie Weaver We visited Owego New York where this was and it was such a cute little shop with all local artists. I picked up a few candles and some baby gifts. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was easy with good parking
Billie L Excellent customer service! The manager on duty was super great and so knowledgeable (wow!!) in helping my son get the right fit with his lacrosse gear. Also ordered a new custom helmet and arrived in about a week. Nothing but good to say about this shopping experience!
Charlie R This gift shop is amazing. We were in town today after going to the Hall of Fame and stopped by. He was about to leave as we were about to head in and he reopened the store for us. The owner was super nice and talked to us the whole time. Thank you again for letting us in. We will be back in the future for sure!
