Gina R. It has been some years since Ive been in PacSun and Im quite surprised at how different it is now.
This store is definitely loaded with product! There is virtually no empty space anywhere so you are bound to find something (or several things) that you like. It is set up well easy to navigate and clean. While PacSun sells thier own brand, they also sell brands like Champion, Playboy, Vans and more. They also have some good sales, but I noticed you have to catch them at a good time.
The staff is ok. I know how difficult retail can be and I know people have bad days, but if a customer is spending almost $300 in your store, please dont act like you are better than me when your ringing me out. There is some major attitudes in there!
It is absouletly imperative that you TRY THINGS ON in this store, especially with the PacSun brand! Sizes are not constant, clothes are cut awkward, materials are cheep or just strange. Dont wait until you get home!
For younger kids (I was shopping for/with my daughter, but did find a few tops for myself), the clothes are ok. They arent meant to last more than 3-5 washes in my opinion.
The rewards program is excellent and I highly suggest you sign up! You even earn points by opening their emails.
Overall, it isnt the worst store but it also is far from the best. Quality is a bit sub par.
Again, please try things on before you buy them!
